Account deletion

You can request deletion from Account settings. If you cannot sign in, contact support from the email registered to your account.

How to request deletion

1. Sign in, open Account & privacy, and choose Request account deletion.
2. Enter the six-digit code sent to the account email.
3. The account is locked immediately; an administrator completes final deletion.

What is deleted

• All level progress, attempts, and best block counts.
• Verification codes, password hash, and Google/Apple identities.
• Nickname, avatar, and other account profile data.
• If Apple sign-in was used, the service automatically attempts to revoke Web and iOS Apple authorization before final deletion.

Retained record

Only an anonymized tombstone, internal UUID, and deletion timestamps remain for database integrity. They cannot restore the account or be used to sign in.
